raise $2500 or more. This is a time to put aside all our other “things to do list” to make this a success. There will be sign-up sheets in the Fellowship Hall as well as church bulletin inserts. Will you support a walker at $1.00 or $2.00 a lap or be in the cheering section on the sidelines?
Let’s remember those of our church family that lost their lives in the past few years and those who are survivors of this disease. The general theme for this year is “Colors of Hope” and the theme of MPS is “Conquer Cancer for All Seasons”. It’s a big job but some day it will happen, Lord willing.
Lighted Luminaries are available to remember the survivors and those who lost the fight. Luminaries displaying names of loved ones will line the high school track. What an awesome sight. Cost —White bag—$5.00 ** Gold Bag—$25.00 ** and a minimum of $100.00 for the Torch of HOPE luminaries.

Relay for Life is a celebration of cancer survivorship and community spirit. As a team we will be raising funds to fight cancer. On May 30th from 5—7 p.m. there will be a Spaghetti Dinner with entertainment to follow. We all can enjoy the culinary delights of Chef Guido and Company. So invite your friends and neighbors to indulge their appetites in this scrumptious dinner. You won’t want to miss it. The dinner will be held from 5-7 p.m. and that’s not all.
